Refunds and Returns Policy

This policy applies to all WaveMaker Press and WaveMaker Press x Migwan products. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. To initiate a refund or return, please contact us via email at info@wavemakerpress.com

Not returnable products are earrings (for health reasons) and downloadable items. If your non-returnable item is faulty, see below.

We’ll own that

Did we miss a skewed print? Does your rattle not, well, rattle? Is something just not right with your product? Please accept our apologies. Allow us to replace items if they are faulty (at no additional shipping cost to you). Or, allow us to offer options to choose from if the same item is out of stock. If that’s not possible, please accept a refund and our gratitude for your patience. To start, please email us at info@wavemakerpress.com. You can dispose of the faulty product knowing nearly all of our products are 100% biodegradable, compostable and/or recyclable.

For Gift-givers

*Before* completing an online gift order, please email us at info@wavemakerpress.com if you would like the gift to be shipped without an invoice. Let us know your name, and what you are gifting in the email. Thank you!

For our Retail Parters

Customers not loving it? While we haven’t heard this yet, it may happen. If so, we’ll take back unused products within 90 days of purchase. Like other suppliers, we can’t cover return shipping, but we will process your returns within 7 business days. To initiate a return, please email us at info@wavemakerpress.com with your company name, and return details. Thank you.
