WaveMaker Press Return Policy

Our refund and returns policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items are gift cards and downloadable products.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@wavemakerpress.com.

You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Resellers Return Policy

Bookstores, gift stores, and other resellers may return books in new condition after 90 days. There is no time limit after 90 days.

Please ensure there is no evidence of bookseller’s stickers when returning books. While permission is not required, we ask booksellers to communicate to us the number and titles of books we can expect to receive before they are shipped. Booksellers are responsible for return shipping costs on unsold books. Please allow us 30 days to process returns.

We can only accept regular edition books for return. End-of-edition, large type, and braille editions can be returned only if defective. The publisher will arrange to pay shipping on defective books.

Stationary and gift items are also final sales. If an edition ends after the books are purchased, we will honour returns, provided the they meet the other conditions in this policy.
